- Since I was 3 years old White Cantonese Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. Delicious Super large butterfly shrimp in fantastic creamy white egg sauce. Sauce had a little ground pork, a few green peas fresh garlic and some pieces of fresh lobster still in the shell. Wow!

Grouper Fish
- You can get grouper fish at almost any Chinese restaurant. It should be steamed and served with garlic and bok choy, as well as a chilli dipping sauce. These fish are usually pretty big so you might want to share with some friends.
