- For the dedicated shopper there is so much to buy in Hong Kong....cheaply. My tip is that when you're travelling to the city, leave at least half of your suitcase empty, that will leave room for all the stuff you're going to buy. If you don't, you will have to pay extra for luggage wiping out all the savings you made in the first place.
