Lan Kwai Fong Beerfest

Friday July 27, 2007

Parades, Jazz bands, free food and of course beer, are all on offer at Hong Kong’s international beer festival this weekend (28th and 29th).

Courtesy of the 90 restaurants that pack Hong Kong’s headquarters of fun Lan Kwai Fong, the warren of streets in the area will be packed with food stalls, beer tents and of course revelers. Each day will see a mini-parade, while musicians, magicians and minstrels will keep the crowds entertained.

This year has a Chinese theme, in keeping with the 10th Hong Kong handover anniversary, so you can learn a little about Chinese culture, while enjoying some of Hong Kong’s best beer.

Hi Rory,

Could you add a link to http://www.HongKongStuff.com ?

It’s a search engine for Hong Kong restaurants, bars, apartments, jobs, etc.
