Try Tai Chi - Free

Tuesday February 27, 2007

An ancient form of exercise and relaxation, Tai Chi’s global fame may only be recent, but it has been a firm favorite in Hong Kong for decades.

Tai Chi is a meditative form of martial arts, intended to balance Ying and Yang. Older people in Hong Kong use the art to keep themselves healthy and supple, while younger people find it the ideal way to unwind from the hectic city.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board offers free lessons during weekdays to tourists. Find out more in our Tai Chi for Free Review.
